Not every secret is a big secret, we love sharing our way of preparing our meats. I thawed out a brisket last night and this morning put the meat in a disposable metal turkey tray, I like to use two using the other one as the lid to cover the meat. I poured the beer in the tray first than comes the meat which I coated in our favorite bbq sauce. The meat is placed in the oven at a low temp to cook all day. Low and Slow.
